Flowers were delivered at a reasonable time. I was notified via email. Recipient was not at home so they were left with a neighbour and note posted through recipients letter box? I was notified immediately. Very happy with the services and my friend said that they were beautiful! Good to be able to track order and acknowledgement message received to mobile to confirm. The only problem is navigating the website was a bit slow but once added to basket was quick to add details and checkout.

The florist were very good we had a few minor problems which they were happy to help sort out. very friendly.

Ordered up a funeral wreath on the Sunday evening for delivery on the Tuesday. I received a text confirming the delivery. and received thanks from my family for the lovely arrangement. Unfortunately, I could not attend the funeral due to COVID 19, but I am thankful that the flowers were there to convey my condolences. Many thanks to all concerned.

Was very disappointed the flowers was delivered late in the NIGHT 9 30 P.M.. to be exact! wanted it to be delivered for 9.30 a.m FOR FUNERAL! was quite upset about that.
